Return policy

30-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns received in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back to our facility or to the respective fulfillment partner.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable products such as hair care, grooming sprays, disinfectants, oils, and similar items cannot be returned.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Third-Party Fulfilled Products
Some products on our website are shipped directly from the brand or third-party merchant.
In those cases, their return policy applies.

How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate return address or brand contact.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Where Is My Order?

If your order tracking details shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it within 1-2 days of expected delivery:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Search the area of your delivery location for your package, like your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail
  • Check with neighbors to see if someone else received or accepted the package
  • Wait an additional 1-2 days as some packages may be reported as delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

Drop Ship Items

Certain items we offer for sale may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Please note, estimated delivery ranges for Drop Ship Items may vary from our standard estimated delivery ranges for delivery.

If an order contains Drop Ship Items and non-Drop Ship Items, the order will be shipped in multiple packages, with the estimated time of delivery determined by whether or not the item to be delivered is a Drop Ship Item. You may receive separate shipment notifications in this case. Certain Drop Ship vendors do not ship outside the continental United States. Our adidas and Reebok Drop Ship partners currently do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

There are no additional shipping and handling fees for the delivery of orders containing Drop Ship Items.
