WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns received in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back to our facility or to the respective fulfillment partner.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable products such as hair care, grooming sprays, disinfectants, oils, and similar items cannot be returned.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Third-Party Fulfilled Products
Some products on our website are shipped directly from the brand or third-party merchant.
In those cases, their return policy applies.
We recommend reviewing the brand’s return guidelines or contacting them directly for specific instructions.
If you’re unsure whether your item was fulfilled by Mobile Barber Supply Co. or a third party, reach out to our team and we’ll assist you with next steps.
How will I be refunded when I complete a return?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or on a Gift Card.
If we choose to provide you a refund even if no record of sale is available, we will ask you for personal identification and the return will be provided at the item’s current price on a Gift Card.
Please note:
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges if you paid shipping for the returned item.
- Timing of Refund for Items Returned by Mail: If you paid for a returned item with a credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This may show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
How to Start a Return
- Email mobilebarbersupplyco@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate return address or brand contact.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued.
